You run all the way home to get your older brother. He'll know what
to do. When you get there, he doesn't believe your story. You are
devastated and head towards the door outside to go back and help your
friend, Barbara, but your mother tells you it's late and time for you
to wash up for bed. You consider telling your mother, but know that
she will just laugh at you.
The next day, Barbara is not at school and it is all over the news
that she has disappeared. After school, your older brother wants to
"hear more" about your tale from the previous night. You
tell him again and this time he agrees to go to the castle with
you.
