Go to house
You walk toward the parlor and you could have sworn you saw a
whitish-looking shadow. You run across the parlor. You see a
ghostly-looking figure of Barbara and she is trying to tell you
something. You can't quite make it out, but you think she says,
"Turn around!" You do. Dave is standing right there with a
sharp knife.
You go to the house and wait for Dave. You weren't about to go in
there by yourself. Dave comes with a bag of supplies (or so he says).
You go up to the front door and try it. As you touch the doorknob,
you notice that it is freezing cold. You let go quickly and the door
creaks open. You feel a cold, startling breeze. You shiver.
You tell Dave to come with you and you both walk into the house
together. You think you hear a noise in the parlor. Dave says,
"Why don't you go check in the parlor and I'll go check in the
kitchen." With some hesitation, you agree.
