To follow the chain to the south
Knowing that you are not ready to deal with any dragons, you decide to
follow the chain toward the statue to the south. As you move past the
statue into the mist, you wonder what the broken sword might mean.
After an hour or so following the chain, you come upon a tower
overgrown with ivy. The chain seems to end here. The tower stands
about fifty feet high and is thirty feet wide at its base. The gray
stone walls are nearly completely obscured by the ivy. You begin to
circle the tower looking for a door. As you reach the far side, you
