So, you jump down the hole and find yourself sliding quickly down into
a dark pit. It feels like you are sliding forever! You finally stop
at the bottom of the hole. Your landing is soft, almost like falling
on feather pillows.
You hear breathing to your left, but you can't see anyone because it
is so dark. "Barbara?" you whisper quietly. "Is that
you?"
No one answers; the breathing gets louder. "Barbara," you
say a little louder, "if that's you, say something. This isn't
funny."
Still no answer. You feel something on your shoulder and go to brush
it off. It's something big and hairy!
"Well," you say out loud, "I guess I should at least
follow Barbara to make sure she's safe. Maybe we can both look for
Dave together."
