The Calstair lands..
" What kind of planet is this master?" he asks.
" It is an eurite planet. They mine it from the depth of the
core." Qui Gon answers.
Obi Wan knew what eurite was. It was a powerful radioactive material
that could burn away skin and bone. Many lives had been lost handling
it.
" Errr thhhrrrrr wrrrr yrr urrr!!" the pilot barked at them
in his strange language.Qui Gon turns on his translator.
" i said get out of here while I refuel!" the pilot barks
louder. " And pick up a caribiner fuel tank while you're at
it!!"
" Who made him our leader!" Obi Wan says softly.
" It is not wise to argue with geerians, my young apprentice. We
had better do what he says" Oui Gon replies .
" I know we could take care of him with our lightsabers!"
Obi Wan argues as they walk off the ship.
Qui Gon whirls around and looks at Obi Wan with his piercing stare.
" We will not fight on a planet we know nothing about unless it
is absolutely neccessery!" he states in a quiet tone.
Qbi Wan wished he hadn't said that. It is not wise to argue with a
Jedi master. He followed Qui Gon toward a grim looking village in the
distance.
Obi Wan watches the ship land in the red dust.
