You stretch long and hard before getting out of bed and walk over to
the door. You open it to see the young girl from before singing to
herself as she stares out a window. You can't help but think of how
her beauty compares to her voice.
You shut the door behind you. The young girl is startled.
"I didn't mean to interrupt you," you say. "I thought
you were lovely. I mean, the song. What's your name?"
"Alysha. And you'll have to think of a name for yourself if I'm
going to continue talking to you."
"How's William sound?"
"Okay, Willy it is." Alysha smiles.
You smile, too, happy for an instant before . . .
You awaken to the sweet sound of a young girl singing. You sit up in
the bed, feeling none the worse for wear. Her voice is hypnotic and
soothing. You wonder what she's singing about, being that you don't
recognize any of the words that she is using.
