since you have lost your balls you go crazy and is taken to the metal
hospital in osaka. the doctors are nice but you do not like it there.
so you decide to escape. you have an outside link that supplies you
with some guns and explosives and some new metal balls. they make
jingly sounds. you are relaxed. now you are about to blast your way
out of this hell whole with its nice doctors and hot nurses. but you
cant decide on which entrance to take. the south or the
