Dave Doesn't Believe
Carefully carrying you over to Dave, Barbara explains her thoughts
about how you could have been transformed into a rotten egg. Dave is
outraged that Barbara would even dream of coming up with such a silly
idea and he tells her so. She pleads with him, begging him to come up
with an explanation of how coincidentally a rotten egg appeared and
you disappeared right after she said that the loser of the race is a
rotten egg. He still doesn’t believe her and takes you out of her
hands. He dangerously transports you on up the sidewalk toward the
house and completely dismisses Barbara’s idea as he winds his arm up
above his head in preparation of launching you toward the castle.
