there is an earthquake
You pack up and get ready to leave. there isn't much to pack, to be
honest. you bring your few belongings and meet Grey outside. he stands
with two centaurs, a man and a woman. You know both of them very well.
They are the children that you played with when you were young.
Surprised you rush forward, warmed that they would think to see you
off. You begin to thank them, but the young man, Ello, interrupts.
"We are taking you to the dragon. we will be your rides." he
said it so matter- of -factly that you can't argue. You know him to
well for that. there was no point, he would get his way anyway.
Quickly the two of you mount, and your journey begins. unfortunately,
before you are out of sight of the tower. An earthquake breaks out.
The worst one yet. the earth rips and tears away whole trees. a
landslide of silt and rock begins to fall like a flood. You get thrown
from Ello's back, and get sucked into the landslide. tumbling and
rolling you are pitched around in the mad roiling earth. You are
speeding past everything in a mad rush that doesn't let you breath.
you find yourself heading for the gaping mouth of an open cave.
