go to the stream
You glance down at yourself and realize that if you don't clean
yourself up and soon, you may hurt yourself even more. So you head
over to the stream, once again seeing your reflection in the water
though gladly distorted from the current. You kneel down and proceed
to rinse the blood off your face and hands. Taking a quick drink
before standing up you hear a sound coming from
upstream.
