*You run up the stairs
The first door on your left appears to be an ancient elevator...It
doesn't open and the keypad near it doesn't light up...Its out of
service...How strange to have an elevator...but it is a castle...
The door on your right is locked...
"Help me open this," you tell Dave. Both of you ram against
the door while yelling Barbara's name...Neither of you have any luck
opening the door... Then you remember the key you found by the
tombstone...but it doesn't unlock the door....
You swear inwardly. Your heart is pounding. A glance at Dave shows
that he is filled with even more fear than you are....
The door in front of you is your last hope...
Barbara screams again. It is a terrible gut wrenching sound....but it
doesn't sound like Barbara is anywhere close by...
You and Dave rush to the last door and try your luck. The handle
doesn't turn... The key doesn't unlock the door... and neither you or
Dave are strong enough to get the busted down.'
You have no choice but to return to the downstairs...
You run up the stairs... They creak and groan under your weight.
Whoever may be up there with Barbara is definitely going to hear you
coming....The hall is dark but you can see three doors around you...
