Brain booger
Your friend takes you to the doctor to get a brain implant. The
doctor told your friend that the only brain that he has is a monkey
brain. Your buddy excepts the offer and has the doctor operate. For
the rest of your life you are acting like a monkey and eating bananas.
The next thing you know, your head becomes very dizzy. Your friend
asks you a question, but you can't reply. You don't have a brain.
You pulled it out when you were picking your nose.
