You decide getting shot to death is not the best way to end your
weekend. You leave the building in hopes to contact local law
enforcement. You recieve a cell phone call, the caller ID reads
"Mayor Nelson". Your curiosity forces you to answer the
call. The mayor explains he pulled out his weapon because he has been
dealing with many stressful things. His wife left him his dog died his
ca . . . . he goes on for twenty minutes or so as you daydream about
the thief who took this diamond. After much thought you come to the
conclusion that the mayor obviously is not involved in the theft,
bieng as he would easily be discovered because of his high position in
the local government. You continue your investigation by returning to
