"I'm telling you, this guy is alright," Barbra says.
"How can you be so sure?" you ask. "After all, you
barely know this guy."
"I got caught my the stinging needle flowers too. And I've
checked out the story. The chef really did spill tomato juice on her.
And this place only looked abandoned so the master could be left in
peace. But it all checks out."
"Still, we should get David and get out of here," you say.
"Mmm, I'm afraid that's not a wise thing to do, children,"
the master explains. "You may feel awake now, but the poison is
still in your blood. It's best if you remain here for a while until it
leaves your system. That way if anything happens, my staff can help
you."
You pause. You can always go to the hospital if you start feeling
sick. Then again, your parents are going to be awfully cross if they
figure out you were snooping around this
place.
"Barbra?!" You exclaim. "What are you doing here? What
happened?"
