You decide to leave.
You turn back only to find that it got darker. And where's the door?
A wind brushes against your skin, seemingly coming from nowhere. You
begin to feel cold and isolated.
"Is this what pure loneliness feels like?" you wonder aloud
as you shiver.
Thoughts begins to enter your mind; thoughts of Dave and Barbara. You
start to wonder if you're even worth their time anymore. After all
they're a couple and what are you to them? A tag-along? A third wheel?
After all why else did they send you to get help alone?
Tears begin to fall from your eyes. The room feels colder and looks
darker than ever.
"Why not just leave them?" a voice purrs.
You gasp and look around in the darkness, both intrigued and terrified
at the thought of another being with you.
"This isn't worth it," you decide.
