and skips houou and togepy!I heard this one way to get him (and you
can ask me that)and they said his moves are elctricwave,psyshock and
electrode i know thats a pokemon,but its also a really great move!
they also said that he learns sonicboom after 60,000 exp.points not
after __ levels!that probably means you cant use rare
candies!
