There is a reason for not having all 15 types.
They don't have all 15 types of energy because you only get 2 per
pack, and, frankly, it would take at least 8 packs to get just 1 of
every kind, while most good decks have at least 25-28 energy while
only using 1 or 2 types, and at $6.00 a pack, you'd have to have a
buttload of money to ever get enough energy if there were 15 types.
But with only 8 types of energy, there's a better chance of getting
enough of the energy you need faster.
