Make An Official Announcement
"From now on," you say, "February 21st is National
Cheese Day. And April is Frog Protection Month. Anybody who harms a
frog in any way during Frog Protection Month shall be instantly put to
death." The crowd cheers. Unfortunately this crowd consists
only of frogs. Got to get some people in that crowd...You get a big
P.A. system and tell the entire populace that their prince wants them
in the royal courtyard so they can be shot. The entire suicidal
portion of your population shows up, and you declare before them that
September 12th is Suicide Awareness Day. They all
cheer.
