Hugging the frog for a wish
in it's face, those yellowish eyes stare-
ing me back. I wondered what the frog was
thinking? I knew if all was true what was
told to me, I would have all the wonders
I could ever imagine. I picked up the frog
closer to y face and gave it a kiss on the
forehead, well that waseen't to bad after all!
Not that I ever wanted to make a job out of
kiss'n frogs! I practically threw the frog
down, after awhile when I figured nothing was
going to happen, I thought how stupid could I
have been.Well might as well go on home, that
dreary old houe my Aunt had left me. Guess I
should be grateful, I could be out on the
streets had it now been for her after all!
I was still mumbling to myself and how crazy
the afternoon had been when I saw him, the
most gerogus mam I had ever layed eyes on..
wow!! could this possibely be a wish after
the encounter with that slimmy frog. Hi,I said
as he drew nearer. He smiled and said Hi, was
this the MAN? He seemed to be looking at me
now with intense dark eyes, hair black as
night, and beautiful olive skin, his smile
was beautiful, and I noticed those snow white
pearl teeth, perfectly straight. How could I
see all this with just a glance, but I did, it
seemed he drew me, like a magnet, I could not
keep my eyes off this man. Trying to be on
the plescent side, all I could do was studder,
and mumble and did not at all make scence.
After what seemed like an eternity he spoke,
a soft deeper voice than expected, "And how
are you today," " looks like we might get some
rain from those clouds above". I looked up, I
haden't even noticed those clouds. Would you
mind if I walked with you he said, I am new
here and really don't know my way around this
town. "Sure" I said, not trying to let him
know how excited I was just too be with this
stranger. Maybe my dreams of a handsome
"PRINCE" was coming true for me. He gently
touched my hand as we walked side byside, and
when he clasped his warm hand in mine, I could
feel a chill come over me. Something was wrong
I just could not put my finger on it right now
something very wrong!
It took all I could do to look that frog
