You don't need a doctor yet so you go in the cafe.
This place has mostly empty tables, there is an old man eating at one
table. You sit at a table next to him, nodding your head in greeting
when he looks at you, like they do in the westerns. A young lady comes
to your table asking what you'd like to order.
