Your meal arrives
The waitress sets a cup of coffee, a plate of potatoes, gravy,
bisquits and a thick steak in front of you. She says there is hot
apple pie when you're ready for it. You thank her and find you are
very hungry now that the food is here. It's a lot to eat but you
finish it. You say no thanks to the apple pie, though, when she
returns.
