you haed back to the ghost andd he tells you that a witch that lives
up stairs on the second floor put a curse on him many many years ago,
before he died. when he did die he was not able to rest in peace
bacause of the curse. he told you that he kney how to break the spell
and you asked him why he didn't break it a long time ago. he said that
only a living person could do it.
