walk outside the city wall
The city is just a little too quiet for you to feel comfortable
walking in the front gate. You decide to see what else you can
discover before you go in. Slowly, with one eye on the city wall and
one on the path ahead you make your way around the city. Some bushes
and tall weeds get in your way, but for the most part as far as you
can tell the city is in good repair. If it was abandoned, it only
happened recently.
Rounding a corner, you see a small tent set up against the city wall.
It appears like one a merchant would set up to sell his wares from.
Perhaps someone will still be there to answer some of your
questions.
