Kick the wall
You kick in the wall behind the door with all your might and it bursts
apart. Behind it you see a secret room. You walk in and see a creaky
rocking chair and an old musty fireplace. The fireplace has a small
flame burning on a log in it, which illuminates the entire room.
There is a massive rug in the center of the room, of which the center
is sagging - as if there a hole in the floor underneath it. A window
in the north (at least you think it's north; you lost all sense of
direction in that spiral staircase) wall shows nothing but black sky
illuminated by many bright stars. The floorboards squeak wearily as
you walk across the room. A locked, sealed treasure chest lies in one
corner. While most everything in this room looks old and worn, this
appears relatively new. You look around at your surroundings and
suddenly realize� Dave and Barbara! They're
gone!
