Follow Barbara resignedly
You're stomach somersaults, and you cal out in a shaky voice,"Barb. Are you there?" There's no answer. Despite major misgivings, you and dave decide to venture farther into the house to try and find Barbara. You search for what seems like hours, and still no sign of Barbara. Your quest seems hopeless.
Barbara quickly leaves both of you behind, but you're determined not to let her go into this alone. You follow the sound of her foot steps farther into the house. Suddenly, her foot steps stop.
