Pikachu: Pika!
Brock: Meouwth, is your team ready?
Meouwth: You bet!
Brock: Then let's play Who Wants to be a Pokenaire!
(audience applauds, dramatic music, lights
dim)
Brock: We kinda put in a little of all the best elements of all the
most popular game shows to give this show some challange. Now, there
are three rounds of three questions for each team. The first round is
multiple choice, and each member of each team will get to answer one
question. It is the captains' responsibility to accept or reject the
answer. The next round, the questions are still multiple choice, but
their are also multiple answers. It is up to each team member to
decide which answers are correct. In the final round, the multiple
choice option is eliminated, and the players will have to come up with
the correct answer themselves. Of course, the questions get harder
the farther we go. We have three lifelines: phone your trainer lets
you ask the question to your trainer, freebie (which doubles or
triples in the second round) eliminates wrong answers, and ask the
audience which gets a survey from this audience filled with Pokemon
trainers, masters, gym leaders, experts, even Pokemon themselves.
Wrong answers awards no points to the team, but the opposing team can
steal the question. The team who has the highest number of points
will be awarded a million dollars (audience applauds) worth of Pokemon
accessories (audience applauds louder). So, do we all understand the
rules? Pikachu, is your team ready?
