Directions for thunder stone here
1). a granite stone
2). yellow paint
3). all your wires and lightning rod from the previous experiment.
4). a bucket of water
First you take your stone and paint it yellow. Then connect it to your
lightning rod with the wires. When a thunderstorm comes it should
shock the stone. When it does, first let it cool by putting it in the
bucket of water. After a couple of hours you can expose it to your
Pikachu. Just make sure it has learned all its moves.( you wouldn't
want it to be like Lt. Surge's Raichu!)
P. S. misty doesnt have a blastoise
