The person agrees
"Take this magic compass. It will help you find your
friend."
You thank the person, and stare into the compass. A green light
flickers.
Suddenly your head starts to spin. You feel everything go black
around you.
When you come around eventually, Kerri is standing over you.
"Where were you?" she asks. "I thought I would never
see you again."
"Now that," you reply, "is a question I really can't
answer. I simply don't remember anything."
Suddenly the choker snaps off your neck. You feel yourself returning
to your human shape.
