The impact of what you just did hits you. You took advantage of your
friend, ate her, turned her best friend into a pinball and probably
killed her, did the same to countless others, and then sent Kerrie to
plummet down a skyscaper-level waterfall into the waiting jaws of a
sea snake. You should go rescue her! Once you reach the waterfall, you
peer down to the bottom. You see Kerrie's upper body struggling,
trying not to get eaten. Her lower torso has already been swallowed.
Kerrie's eyes show fear and hopelessness; the snake's a look of wild
amusement. Suddenly without warning, the sea snake dives under water.
After several minutes, it resurfaces, but Kerrie is nowhere to be
seen. Replacing her is a round, kicking, bulge in the snake's stomach
that is slowly getting smaller. You now realize that this snake is
much larger than you thought, maybe even more than a match for you.
Should you risk your life on Kerrie, or play it safe and
retreat?
