Swim to the other shore
A woman comes up to you and says, "Are you all
right?"
By the time you reach the riverbank, you're exhausted, but you still
have enough energy to stand up, stick out your tongue and say
"Nyah nyah nyah nyah nyah!" Unfortunately, nobody can hear
you because you're already far downstream. (It's a fast river.)
