Leave the ship in a pod
If you programed it right the bridges alarm won't go off when it is
launched and you'll be free to return to your REAL master. The pod
launches quietly and you watch the bridge and, to your relief, nothing
seems to happen and you laugh to yourself again this time not holding
anything back as you draw up the explosives remote and press the prime
detonation button and watch as the ship blows up to almost
nothingness. Now to your Master Sidious.
You think to yourself and realize this is of no consequence to you or
your master, only someone wanted the Jedi dead, and wanted to do it
themselves, perhaps you'll tell your master about this, he's always
looking for allies to use up and kill. You continue to the the deck
and tell the captain to take off to the temple and the mission has
been canceled do to your masters... situation. After you told the
captain this you watch out the ships window and wait till your in
space and go check on your master, he's stable but looks paler than
before. You laugh quietly to yourself thinking how much pain he is
in. Once you are finished enjoying yourself over your FORMER master's
pain, you go down the hall and enter one of the escape pods and
program it.
