Notice a man watching
As you leave the Mayor's office, you notice a blond man at the doorway
of the office down the hall observing you. He's wearing a black suit
with a "Elmo" tie; you see that his back is slightly
stooped, but his other features are nondescript. When he sees you
studying him, he drops a manila folder, spilling papers on the
carpeted floor, picks them up, and quickly goes into the office.
Buisness around the office is normal, but you wonder why he was
watching you. You notice that in his haste, he left two pieces lying
on the floor. What are they?
