Naela
The girl smiles at you. She speaks, though she does not even open her
mouth. You just sort of...hear her.
"My name is Naela of the seals. I am glad to see you here. Your
kind has never been seen in here before."
"But where are we?"
Naela continues, "Come, meet the Family." She swims away and
you follow her. She leads you to a group of other seals. Naela names
them, one by one: Mika (a black seal), Lumi (a white seal), Nula (a
golden seal) and Mora (a chestnut seal).
Nula and Lumi shed their skins, like Naela had.
"Welcome, Oraen," Nula says.
"What?"
"Oraen is new one," Lumi explains.
Just then...
Just then, one of the seals, a light, light, gray one, swims up to
you. She circles you, then does something very strange. She scrunches
up and begins to shed her skin! Out of the seal skin emerges a young
girl. Just as she has emerged completely, the seal skin vanishes. It
is a selkie!
