You contact the government of China
So you call the Chinese embassy. The embassy official gives you the
phone number to speak to the person who will coordinate your trip.
You want to go as soon as possible. Your coordinator says that you
can go in a week after the Chinese receive funds. You then book your
airline tickets so that you can fly to China. Tomorrow you leave!
You tuck yourself into bed with a smile on your face. But then you
