You just lie there, almost ignoring the child, annoyed at his very
presence.
The child, after a few minutes, grows bolder and touches you on the
shoulder, again, calling you Stacey, this time in almost in a soothing
voice.
Then you tell the child you cannot see, and ask him who he is and what
he looks like. The child replies, "My appearence is of little
relevance, but you actions and deeds could decide the fate of our
world. However, I have noticed you are blind, and my father, being a
doctor, may be able to cure you."
At his gesture you reluctantly let him take your huge hand in his and
lead you, stumbling blind, away.
As you lie there, the child speaks softly to you. "Why are you so
sad, are you not happy to be a hero?"
