searching the house
It got very dark outside, the storm came out of no where. Thunder and
lightening. Boom! Boom! Boom! The lightening made strange reflections
on the walls and floor! I thought I saw Barbra crouched on the floor
behind the chair! I ran over to get her, and fell over the coffee
table!
As I flew through the air I heard a scream coming from another room!
I tried to get up but my arm really hurt! I think I broke it. I
turned around, and tried to get a hold of something to help get myself
up. Then I touched something furry! I screamed!! The lightening
came through the window and I saw it! I screamed as it jumped on me!
Oh my, it was just a cat! Now I must get back to the
hallway.
We went into the living room, it was huge and dark. We couldn't see
anything and Barbra wouldn't answer us. Dave started crying and ran
out the door. I was all alone! I had to find Barbra, I couldn't
leave her in the house alone.
