do you follow the girl to the restaurnt
“C’mon, let’s get out of here.” you say in a panicked voice.
“Yeah this doesn’t feel right.” she replies.
As you are running away, you hear a muffled voice from the shadows. It
startles you. You freeze on the spot like an icicle. It is a voice you
recognise, but from where?
“Why have you come back?” the voice inquires “What are you doing here?
“Who are you?” you say fearfully.
The man walks out of the murky shadows. Slowly you back away from him
but a large obstacle blocks your path. Awkwardly, you fall backwards
to the ground. The girl screams as you have unknowingly uncovered a
dead body.
“What is it?” the man hurriedly asks, pretending to know nothing.
“What’s wrong?”
As he walks over, he puts his hand to his mouth.
“What’s that on your hand?” you exclaim.
“It’s blood!” the girl shouts in horror, “It’s blood!”
The man looks quickly at the back of his hand, not trying to hide it
“I tried to save him, I really did.”
“Who is he?” you say not knowing what to believe.
“Run!” the girl screams.
