After all, this guy DID seem to like you. It didn't really pass
through you that you are both guys. You just happen to figure that it
might be nice to have a companion through your time of
need.
"I'm um...a little better..." you murmur awkwardly. The
woman smiles, bowing politly. "Would you like me to get master
Nick?" You stare at her blankly for a moment, before remembering
who Nick was. "...Oh! Um, okay." She passes you a smile,
turns on her heel, leaves the room quietly. While waiting for him to
arrive, you check the blankets around yourself, to make sure nothing
was showing.
