Chippy goes to Gettysburg
When I went to Gettysburg I saw fireworks so bright and loud, that
the ground rumble.The hoilday was 4th of July and saw my first
reenactment of the civil war. I was so amazed by the show that I
really felt like I was there back in time.We had eaten the food that
they had eaten then ,something called hard tac which was so hard that
it broke my tooth, and it didn"t taste good either. I had washed
from a basin, because there wasn"t a tub.Sang the songs from that
time, met many new friends,and learned so much of our history back in
the 1800"s.
