You decide to go check inside the long and dim passage. A long and
winding passage is in front of you.
There is mildew and moss growing on the walls. Flickering torches
light up the corridor only slightly. There are worn bricks on each
side of you. Some rats squeak at your feet making you feel a little
jittery.
As you proceed down the passage the lights become even dimmer. However
you see a pile of glittering metal that resembles gold. You walk
towards it but in fact they are only gold plated keys. Before you know
it you almost walk into a door. It is padlocked and you try to use one
of the many keys to open the well-locked door.
You see an engraving of a cobra on one of the keys and decide to see
if that key has some kind of special quality. You notice that it
doesnt have any bumps and ridges like a normal key but instead has a
shiny blob of metal that glows faintly. You push the key into the
keyhole and the handle of the key glows again.
You turn the key around and you hear a faint click. Taking out the
now-dim-again key you see it now has grooves but before you have time
to make them out clearly, it seems to melt back into a blob of glowing
metal.
For an odd reason you sense that you might need the key again and
pocket the strange key.
Opening the door you see one route that is now completely pitch black.
You walk along and hear with each step you take you hear a crunch
beneath your heels. Only later do you realise that you are in fact
walking on the bones and skulls of deceased people. You scan the
walls around you and you find that they are almost painted with blood.
As you keep on walking you find a horrible stench meeting your
nostrils-it is the smell of decay and ties in with the blood on the
walls and the bones underneath you feet. You take out the key that you
placed in your pocket earlier, hoping for some reassurance. You see
that on the blob, an arrow is pointing almost directly to your left.
You grope in the dark at what is the wall and amazingly, despite no
light, manage to find a sword in a scabbard. You hastily attach it to
your belt, almost knowing that a battle with a mythical creature looms
ahead.
As you hurry on you walk into an open area where the stench is so
great you gasp. Sure enough, after you have taken another few steps, a
giant creature with one-eye stares at you.
He opens his monstrous mouth, showing fangs tipped with blood and he
staggers forward. You take out your sword from your scabbard and try
and decide whether to face the horrible creature. You look at the
sword and back at the creature and quickly decide
