Read the map.
The first symbol was a square, missing a side. That must be the room!
On the side there is a riddle explaining how to leave the room. The
next symbol is a door, with a strange triangle where the door knob
should have been.
There are strange markings on the map, but clearly a large X on one of
the sides. There are directions on the side to start to understand it,
and different symbols linked together.
