Go find the captain
You go to the top of the lookout tower in the middle of town. You
climb up the rope that the captain threw down in the middle of the
building and go to the door. The captain comes down the stairs to meet
you and says "Pull up the rope so that no one follows us."
You hand him the note and he opens it.
