Make a bedsheet rope
You look at your multi-layered bed. So many sheets! You begin to take
them off, one by one and tie them together in tight nots. Tying one
end of your makeshift rope to the bed post, you blow out your candle
(but not the fireplace), open your window and throw the rope out. The
rope is a good length, almost, but not quite, reaching the ground
below. Making sure the rope is secure, you climb out the window and
begin to descend.
