You pick it up
She takes a large gold key from around her neck and puts it into the
lock of a large, oaken door. It opens with a creak. Nervously, you
peer inside...
It is an amulet, made of ruby and shining like a gem. You rub it clean
with your sleeve, astounded by its beauty. But then you glance ahead -
the strange lady is waiting for you at the end of the passage. Hastily
you shove the amulet into your pocket and run after her.
