Pleu brings Rayna across the deserts, under the scorching sun.
"How far do we still have to go?"
Pleu looks down at his daughter, her doe eyed Rayna, showed innocense
and curiousity.
"Patience, my girl, a few more miles"
Rayna looks down at her sand filled sandals, her tiny feet aching from
a many miles of traveling on foot.
"But father" she protested, "I`m tired, hungry, and
thirsty...besides mother will be worried and.."
"silence!" momentarily shaken by her father`s outburst,
Rayna stops dead in her tracks, and starts to cry. Guilty, Pleu stoops
down "What have I done?", (he asks himself as he realizes
how much pressure he has bestowed upon his very daughter). He gently
wipes off Rayna`s tears and hugs her. "I`m sorry little
one...it`s just that.."
