See what the thing is
What is with you and bad choices? There is a huge stairwell in front
of you, and hundreds of those things--zombies, that's the word, you
think as you shudder at all of the things on the stairs. You see a
small place in the floor that looks like it can be opened. As you
shuffle into it, you see something useful, a butcher's cleaver...you
get queasy as you grab it off of the wall and descend into the
catacombs below. At least now, you stand a bloody
chance....
You rush to see what the thing in the other corner is--BAD MOVE. It
has no jaw and some of the flesh on it's arm has been savagely bitten
off. You've heard of these things before, it grabs you and makes a
lunge at you. But you aren't gonna go without a fight as you bring a
hard right into it's head three or four times, sending it back into
the wall, perspiring you grab Barbera's hand and search for a way out.
A door reliefs your senses as you swing it open.
