You have a vision
You notice a fleeting apparition, and another, then a continuous image
of nothing you recognize. The company of this image slowly fills you
with hope and a familiar energy builds up inside, flushing the
invasive darkness from you. Growing, flooding every ounce of your
being.
Suddenly, light pours from every inch of your body, obliterating every
shadow of darkness that had just a second ago occupied everywhere
including you.
You weep.
You awaken.
As you fall into your mind odd sensations flood your mind. The
strangling darkness surrounding you seems to brush at your skin,
slowly pressing into you and seemingly inside of you, the weight of
the presence invading your body is disconcerting as it crawls deeper
into you.
