I turned just in time to see the vampire
leap at me with his eyes glowing red.I ducked out
of the way and scooped up the nearest thing to me that could be used
as a weapon. What do you know, a splintered piece of wood; appartently
it had crumbled off the side of the old house. I lunged the stake
toward the vampire and what a shot, right through the heart. The
vampire fell limply and lifelessly to the floor. As I turned to
leaveBarbara and Dave were standing in my path. For a moment I was
scared but then I realized that they were back to normal. As we were
leaving I looked in to the mirror. My reflection! I could see my
reflection again!
I'm mortal again! I ran outside and back home. My Mom was there
waiting so she could yell at me for being late for lunch. I'm back!
Wow who knew?
