But is cut short as Barbara suddenly pulls away and coughs. She
continues coughing. You are afraid and unsure what is going on. Then
it hits you like a bullet train:
Barbara has always, since childhood, had a form of Asthma that
prevented breathing through the nose. That meant she had no source of
air while kissing you.
Which suddenly gives you a solution as to how to distract Barbara from
the thought of eating your family... permanently.
But is it worth killing her? Maybe you could find some way of ensuring
Barbara wouldn't die, but wouldn't eat anybody. Maybe you ought to
just talk it out.
By the time you finish this train of thought, Barbara has recovered.
She continues to sit next to you on the couch, unaware of the heated
debate in your head...
You decide that one kiss won't hurt anything. You enjoy the moment,
the kiss seems to last a lifetime-
