A Day in the Garden
Then all of a sudden a movement caught your eye. As you follow the
movement,you became face to face with a small girl,she waved at you
and signaled for you to follow her.
"How am I supposed to follow you?"you asked. The small girl
clapped her hands twice and you became
the same size as her.
"Woa! Cool!How did you do that?"you smiled at her.
"Enough of that, you must come-quickly!"the girl ran around
the stem of a bush.
When you and the girl stopped to breath, she said
"I'm Julia, what about you?""Me? I'm Sam."you said
happily. "Why are we here anyways? I mean,why did you tell me to
follow you?"you ask. "You'll see."
Julia said as she ran to a small pond, deers and horses were drinking
from it.
"Wow! I've never noticed this in my garden!"you exclaimed.
"Of course! This isn't your garden at all!"Julia giggled.
"Well, what do you want me to do?"you looked around.
"Okay, my pony friend, James, needs your help! He
was learning how to swim when his foot got stuck in the river, and
Charlie the crocodile is going to wake up in fifteen minutes. He is
going to call
all his meat-eating friends to come and hunt for food. If we don't
hurry up and hide,they're going to eat us all!"Julia sounded
worried.
After you promised to help, Julia took you to the river where James'
foot got stuck.
"Help! PLease! I'm too young to die!"James cried.
"Oh! My dear James! Help is here!"cried a horse. It took you
over ten minutes to get his foot out. "Phew! Now come on! Let's
hide!"Julia exhaled.
A deer led all of the animals into her house. "Hi,
I'm Maria. You can all hide in my house while the
meat-eating animals come. Now, hurry up and hide!"
One sunny day, you sit out in your garden, looking
at the butterflies.
